Instead of cutting red tape on March 17, lawmakers on teams representing the House and Senate took turns hacking away at a massive log in a crosscut saw competition as they faced off against the executive branch facilitated by Lee Maddox of Tennessee Farm Bureau in celebration of Ag Day on the Hill.
