Meeting Will Be January 28 in Macon County
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – University of Tennessee Extension invites grain producers to attend the Upper Cumberland Grain Meeting on January 28, 2025, in Lafayette, Tennessee.
The meeting will begin at 8 a.m. CST with a sponsored breakfast and will continue until 11:30 a.m. Topics to be discussed by UT Institute of Agriculture experts will include weed management, insect control methods, marketing and soil fertility. Commercial pesticide and certified crop advisor points will be available as will private applicator pesticide points. Also, industry representatives will be on hand for a trade show.
The meeting will be held in the Sally Wells Building, 211 Russell Drive, at the Macon County Fairgrounds in Lafayette.
