Funds Raised Go Directly to Care of the Gardens
JACKSON, Tenn. – More than 800 amaryllis bulbs will be made available for sale at the UT Gardens, Jackson, Tuesday, Nov. 16. This sale, along with both the fall and spring plant sales benefit the upkeep of the UT Gardens, Jackson.
At the sale, more than 28 different types of amaryllis will be available for $20 (+tax) each. The bulbs range in sizes from 9 inches to 14 inches in circumference, producing three or more flowering stalks. Varieties available this year include the following:

Aged terracotta pots, small bags of potting soil and small conifers will also be available at the sale. Payment will be accepted by cash or check only.
The amaryllis sale will take place Tuesday, Nov. 16, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the West Tennessee AgResearch and Education Center. A pre-sale will be held on Nov. 15 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. for UT Gardens’ members. If you are not a member, you may join at that time and shop.
