Lawmakers trade cutting red tape for sawing logs at Ag Day on the Hill

Instead of cutting red tape on March 17, lawmakers on teams representing the House and Senate took turns hacking away at a massive log in a crosscut saw competition as they faced off against the executive branch facilitated by Lee Maddox of Tennessee Farm Bureau in celebration of Ag Day on the Hill. UTIA unit displays contribute to the event’s success.
